    Treadmill intervals. 20 min - 2.15miles. Brain didn't want to, but I won.

    Oh - I forgot the chin ups - 7/6/5 with 60 sec rest - law of diminishing returns I guess.

    4 X 10 w/ 60 sec rest - db press/ bb Row, db overhead press/ pull up (4 X 3), weighted push up/ high pull, weighted swiss ball crunch.

    Felt like superman afterwards!
