Ok so I made a boo boo and put my starting weight as 167 when actually I was 157 - doing myself no favours!!!! :blushing: So here it all is for me: Starting Weight for challenge: 157 Week 1: 156 Week 2: 155 CW at week 3: 153 Total loss: 4lbs Hooray! Time to step it up!!!!!

Baking is good but you can also poach in skimmed milk which keeps them really moist. Try cream cheese on top (low fat of course) topped with wholegrain breadcrumbs - yummy with lots of green veggies! Other than that not sure - be interesting to see if anyone comes up with some ideas for low fat sauces as I'd love to know! x
