Hi guys, Thought I'd join as I have finished RI30 and am starting Body Revolution on Sunday, I have been meaning to start it since the start of January but hit a wall, I am determined to get back to it and lose the rest of this baby weight! You guys are awesome, keep it going! :laugh:

Never worth it!!!! I did it yesterday - packet of oreos later and you feel totally crappy for the rest of the day!!!

I did it 5/6 days a week and worked great! I wasn't sure either but found I needed a break to keep me motivated! I added in some other cardio/strength alongside it as the workouts only last 20 mins but they are effective! Go with what you feel ok with and good luck! :flowerforyou:

I agree, sounds like your bum is sticking out and your back is straining. I do planks as part of JM's 6 week 6 pack and you REALLY feel the burn on your abs! I just completed 30DS and at by day 5 I was going down the stairs on my bum cos my legs ached so bad!!!!! :laugh: It gets easier though and you see such a difference it's well worth sticking at it - I did 5/6 days a week through all three levels and toned up a lot! Yep, I started at 1200 - I am 28 and 5ft 8, I weigh 146 lbs. It's hard to stick to all the time but I do eat back some of my exercise cals! Good luck :flowerforyou:

On day 10 - agree needs extra 30 mins or so of cardio but my body is changing already!!! Totally reccomend it! x
