Some people think that being under your calorie goal is good. But, yeah some people just mindlessly write good job - the same thing over. I tend to vary it and observe patterns of a mutual mfp friend.

I really prefer unsweeetened. I prefer it because it reduces my sugar cravings. Also, you should try unsweetened soy milk. Tried it for the first time yesterday. B-b-blowwwwwn away by the taste. It's a bit creamy too. 45 calories/cup (a serving).

I understand. Those people do need a wakeup call. I do believe that some people turn to MFP because they have no one else to turn to(for a variety of reasons). I love helping people out and getting them started.
