I actually HAD loose skin. I have lost 30 pounds. I had loose skin on my arms and belly. I just do free weights and core strengthening workouts. Also, cocoa butter is your best friend. :) I do not have loose skin anymore.

Yes, you called? I just eat 85% cacao chocolate and that just satisfies me. Sometimes, I go hard and eat 100% cacao. It's super bitter. Try it :)
