I work out around 6am. That is true, you can risk losing muscle mass, but a lot of people do it to lose fat. I just eat a few scoops of oatmeal before my workout or a slice of toast. Sometimes I do not eat anything and siill have enough energy to last me through a 90 minute workout.

In retrospect, I don't think I ever had to give up anything. I just found alternatives. Like making a burger more nutritionally dense!

I love making it with coconut milk (after it's been cooked), adding raisins, and a drop of vanilla. It's soooo bomb! Tastes like rice pudding

I prefer oat, coconut, or almond milk. ....homemade!

I do squats 2-3x a week, 4 sets/20 reps I also do some lunges, kickbacks, and donkey kicks.

Yeah, my stretch marks seem to be less visible when I do lose weight. I do use lotion(inexpensive) that I think reduces the appearance of cellulite. It has worked with me(even before I started working out).
