I'm not sure if it's just a myth but a lot of studies show that it does aid with fat loss. I drink green tea because it just keeps me full and prevents me from binging

That is awesomee. There is no way to spot reduce. I am still trying to get rid of belly fat. It is a process and you have to have the patience. The quiche. I love the quiche. Try their low-fat blue chips. 85% cacao chocolate bar. Their hummus is delicious. I love their nut butters as well!They sell a delicious chicken wrap and chicken salad.

I use to drink coke like water. A few cans a day for years (ages 7-16). I knew I had to stop. I just drank less and less each week. Then, I would stop craving it. I drank more water and I would squeeze a lemon or orange wedge in the water. It definitely helps. You should try again. You can do it! Jen
