Eat oatmeal, a few pieces of cacao, and a portion of almonds. Drink water, coffee(I drink instant), and tea(there are flavored teas - my favorite is passion and coconut Lipton tea). Distract yourself. Browse the web or just take a walk to get away from your kitchen. :) Jen

I love a good bowl of seafood soup - conch or mares. Just sit down and chill. Favorite fast food is Silvergreens!

Eating fish 3x a week is recommended. As long as you eat a good portion of it . I love fish btw, salmon and catfish!

I love the coocnut milk that comes out of the carton. It is thick and creamy. I think almond milk has a thinner consistency. I drink both unsweetened. The coconut milk still has flavor. I love it :)

Can I replace the 1/2 c of sugar with stevia? Or would it ruin the consistency.

I tend to eat the same thing. Steel cut oats made with water. Then I add coconut milk and raisins. It's like arroz con leche.

Hey I have actually done this. And yes make sure it is dry. Either use a paper towel or air dry it. It reminds me of corn nuts, but better cause it's made with love.

Drinking is such a huge part of our culture - community full of college students. Except, I just stopped drinking because it was such a detriment to my health. I still party, but I do not drink. I relaly do not like drinking that much anymore. So weird. Anyway, I have to watch out for trail mix and nut mixes. Those cashews…

Buy in bulk. Look for sales. Get a bunch of catalogs and compare prices. Invest in freezing your meats(if you eat meats) and buying frozen vegetables. You can freeze other foods like bread too.
