Here's my schedule: Sat : Body pump Sun : Step and Spin Mon : Body Pump Tues : Body Balance and Body pump Weds : Step and Pump Thurs : Nothing - no time (work) Fri : Nothing - no time (work) I'm looking to maybe add some cardio to my Saturday and Monday schedule, but it's still very much WIP.

Sounds about right. Pitta is around 145 cals and then it's just the cost of your chicken really, which obviously will vary depending on size. Salad is about 20 cals lol.

They are reduced fat "healthy" crispy biscuit slice things that come in different flavours. The one's i've been munching today are orange and sultana flavour.
