Been there too! It's hard each day. I eat ketogenic which helps me and works for me. Once I go off plan, I get in real trouble with binging. Logging my meals and exercise ahead helps me a lot.

Great snack would be olives, avocado, guac with chopped onions, and pickles. The olives and avocado will help with lots of good fats and increase saiety.

I have had this lately too... I am on a Ketogenic diet, and sometimes when my carbs are too low I dont have an appetite. It comes back naturally after a couple of days of my eating too few carbs.

I used to pre-log a day, maybe two ahead..... Now I plan out the whole week, and plan out the week's workout schedule (and rest day) It has helped me stay on track, and I just have to check my log to pack my lunch & dinner for each day. I have UC too. I avoid dairy except occasional yogurt, hard cheeses. Watch the raw fruit & veggies, and avoid all processed/boxed/canned foods. It has helped me a lot, but everybody is different.

Eating foods with artificial flavorings - hard to identify the specific culprit - causes my uc to flare. I try and avoid as much as I can.

I know it's hard, but keep hanging in there.... Sounds like you are doing a lot right, I have been there too.... Then after a couple of days pressing on with doing the right things, the weight drops a couple of pounds. Be sure you are getting enough sleep too!

Yes, I have too. V-8 Juice - low sodium has over 900 mg of Potassium, no added sugar, and it a good dose of vegetables in a glass! It is my go-to source for quickly digestable potassium.
