I am keeping steady in June. In fact, I have lost nearly ten pounds during the pandemic. I have time for meal prep while WFH and that means more salads as well. Also, I refuse to do any dining outside of the home and that includes take out. So my diet is far more controlled. And I am absolutely fine with that.

My efforts are not in need of renewing. At least not now. Been on course since 1/2019. Believe me when I say I am under no illusions that I am bullet proof. Hence not straying far from Plan or tracking for nearly 18 months now.
