  • Good afternoon, Did you ever receive an answer from this at all? I was wondering the same thing myself. The only thing i ahve seen is one that goes with a nike shoe and i do not have a nike shoe and cannot afford to spend extra money just for it to sync.

  • I am no means an expert but from my experience it sounds to me like you are right on target. Eatting healthy, eating plenty of calories but not too many, and exercising. You don't want to lose more than 1-2 lbs a week. It is best to lose slow to lose the right way and to keep it off.
