Brenn, I know it is so very hard to break the cycle, but I think by you acknowledging your feelings and the way you were and are treated is half the battle! Good for you! You know your triggers and are taking the right approach in preparing yourself to handle them without food. I wish you the best !

I only know a bit about the big yoga ball...I think. Sitting on it to watch tv or do whatever is supposed to strengthen your core...it is a balance thing, I guess. Did you use the "My Recipes" thing under food? You can input each ingredient and then divide by serving size. It then saves the recipe so that the next time you make it you don't have to enter individual ingredients. Hope that helps!

Evening snacks....I do a lot of protein first snacks....greek yogurt, cheese sticks, hard boiled eggs....non protein...popcorn, skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, apples and peanut butter....really anything as long as you have the calories for it. You say your calories are too low? Did you choose the lose 1lb a week or 2lbs…

I had a hard time with vitamins too...my nutritionist found one that she found acceptable..it is called Alive...I get them at the Vitamin Shoppe...not too expensive and they taste pretty good. 3 gummies a day.
