2.64lbs (1.2kg) of chopped, diced celery will give you an extra 190 calories for your day. that's just a measly 10 cups worth.

good luck. :drinker:

Pansy, double it. Then you're at an extra 380. Who doesn't want over five pound of celery in their tummy.

^ this... and you get the added benefit of eating completely clean. 5lbs of celery in your gut is a small price to pay really.

So then you have to eat twice as much. So to get the 190 calories worth, you have to eat at least 5.28kg of celery instead of 2.64kg.

So much win here. I don't know what is better...the thread itself, or the fact that at least 2 people didn't get it.

Dust contains dead skin. I wonder what the NI is on that.

I think you probably need to puree the celery and form it into patties first.

I read on Dr. Oz's website that ice will raise my metabolism, which means room for more celery! *looks innocent*

yes, and you'll only need 6.12 cups of broccoli to get that extra 190 calories. this is the same as 0.56kg or 1.23lbs.

you really can meet your calories goals with just fruits and vegetables so long as you stretch out your stomach first!
