I LOVE QUEST BARSSSS the strawberry cheesecake is lovely on its own other than that i microwave the peanut butter choclate one and sometimes add a teaspoon of either nutela or organic PB on top its delishhhhh

looking at your diary you arent eating enough to gain muscle lovely ...also mayb tone down the amount of cardio you do as i train 6 times a week for at least an hour a time and only do cardio 1/2 times a week and the rest is weights :)

i know what you mean :) lots of lean protien foods work well chicken,tuna, salmon etc..protien shakes are always handy to have too, try to eat your main carbs earlier in the day but dont worry too much about them as long as there wholgrain and lots n lots of waterrrrrrr ... my bf is 22.5 % but ive lowered that from 35%…

Im a arise at 5.45am and a get to my gym and start by 6.30 (thats the time my gym opens :) then im ready for work for 9 ... LOVE working out early am i cant be bothered by the time it gets to 5oclock id rather just chill out after work tbh ..any friend requests welcome

I have 9 tattos it tatoos and 1 is on my thigh down to my knee.. i only had a couple of days of and i was fine, but if you wish to not exercise them mayb do all uppwer body and no cardio :) xx

Mmmmm love nutella i used to be able to eat the whole tub too, although its not that bad for you and now when i buy a tub i make protien bars with it instead so i get the best of both worlds and i cant sit there and eat the tub ha x

i try to do around maintain and if i exercise add that too ... but generally i go over maintain by a couple fo hundred but never feel bad about it x
