Was just wondering what foods, meals or combinations of foods people eat for trying to drop body fat and lean up.

Its something im currently trying to do. I have made an encouraging start but still cant quite see the six pack.

Any advise and tips would be really welcome and helpful.

Many thanks

No food will help you lose more and lean up.

A deficit will help you lose weight. Eating enough, getting enough protein and lifting heavy will help you build muscle... I'm not sure what you mean by lean up.

Sorry. Poor use of the english language.

Im trying to lower my bodyfat % currently about 11%.

I exercise 5-6 days a week mostly weight training but i do cardio 3-4 times a week in that as well.

and you say no food will help you lose more and lean up but im pretty sure eating chicken rice and veg with a glass of water is better for me then pizza chips and a can of coke.

Sure, chicken and rice can be better for you however weight loss is solely due to calories. Pizza can be a great meal when trying to lose weight or gain muscle. It is a mixture of grains, protein, diary and vegetables if made correctly.

Eating something specific won't cause you to lose more or less weight than if you were to eat something else (outside of sodium intake).

To lower your body fat % build muscle. Eat at a slight surplus, lift heavy, max out on protein. Make sure you aren't doing weights on the same muscle two days in a row. Let your muscle repair themselves.

i know what you mean :) lots of lean protien foods work well chicken, tuna, salmon etc..protien shakes are always handy to have too, try to eat your main carbs earlier in the day but dont worry too much about them as long as there wholgrain and lots n lots of waterrrrrrr ... my bf is 22.5 % but ive lowered that from 35% from about 2 months ago ..sample of my food below

    early morning workout
    protien shake & banana 9am
    porridge sachet 11am
chicken & spinach salad, apple 1pm
    low fat greek yogurts 3pm
    glass of milk inbetween
chicken, veg stirfry with fruit & yogurt dessert 5pm
    protien shake 8pm
