No concrete success story but I love jump rope! It's some of my fave cardio. It has helped me with developing stronger legs

I used to be not able to do press ups but now I can do the full ones from toes or one leg press ups. I suggest doing both from knees and also some from toes even if you bend your arms just a tiny bit - that is how I got strong

I'm not as sore when I drink whey shakes. I just got a new nut flavor shake and it's amazing! I had a brake between this new shake and my last one and I felt a difference. Perhaps not a huge difference, but still different

I have gone from HATING exercise to LOVING it! In reality - I just hated the exercise that I did. I realized there are literally thousands of different ways to ecercise, you just have to find the ones that YOU love and that fit you. I used to go running - hated it! Actually, STILL hate it! Aerobics - never liked it, jump…

I freeze a banana, and then blend it with some milk (and maybe whey shake, or berries or whatever...) Makes awesome low cal ice cream :)

Both ways. Usually I track while I eat (5 min. before) because I don't always know what I will be eating in advance.

Where I live meat (particularly pork) and potatoes are the main dishes everywhere all the time. Really bad food...

Eating. I can exercise like no problem, but eating right has always been hard - I love sweets and baking cakes, muffins, etc. Plus I can eat LOADS of food

I use the Suunto Dual belt that pairs with my Suunto watch - really happy with it! Though I've never had another HRM, so I can't really compare :)

Took me 12:25 today... Whoa the first exercise is 'just' 5 reps - killer!!! Great routine for abs.

As mentioned before, there is Jillian Michaels yoga, I also do the P90X yoga and looking forward to ordering the Zuzka Light yoga DVD (zuzkalight.com) - that last one sounds like it's my type of yoga - sweaty, tough, but fun :)

It's easy for me to have a super high kcal binge as well. The only things that work for me are: -instead of spending time eating, I spend time working out or at least researching new workouts or healthy recipes -not buying the stuff... If I have it, I will eat it, so I don't buy it -Share! If I have some high kcal food…

Don't pay attention to how they're bullying you! And stop eating 3 boxes of ice cream and 5 chocolate bars every day! This will make you fat dammit!
