Nice! I love that my kids are proud of my work (most of the time - tween and a teen so it varies) and I'm also working on the good example side of things - not "diet" but lets eat healthily, lets exercise more.....

HUGE difference! It took me a year to lose 23 pounds (I have lots more to go) but I suspect you are right, slow and steady is one great way to go about weight loss!
