Hi, firstly well done for taking the first step - it's always the hardest part but you've got that far so keep going! No goal is too ambitious - the key is to remember that baby steps are king! An ultimate goal is great, but set smaller goals in between to help keep motivated. For example - make it a goal to go a week…

I don't go to a gym, in fact I hate gyms! Having to share equipment, listen to other people, wear flip flops in the shower so I work out at home. I rotate Jillian Michaels dvds - 30 day shred (level 1 is free on youtube) & ripped in 30 (these are also free on youtube) or you can buy the dvds on amazon like I did if you…

I've been vegetarian since birth - including eating no fish or eggs (unless ready bought in cakes/biscuits) and I'm a healthy 24 year old female! Feel free to ask questions about foods or recipes!

You're me but last year!! Sorry I'll start again, You're at the same stats I was when I started MFP last year! I'm 5'0 and was 143 at my biggest Portion size and not exercising was my biggest enemy I cut my calories on mfp last year to 1300 to get started and help me understand what a portion looked like and then increased…

I'm 5' 1/2" (but i round up to 5'1! I'm 23, and I'm currently at 127lbs with a goal weight of 113lbs and being nicely toned or atleast being able to see some definition to my abs and arms (I'll aim for 110lbs as a round number once I get to 113) I don't know my exact measurements (i like my chunky thighs!) and currently…

I did 30ds during feb/march. the plan was to do it 30 days in a row but i took a couple of days out for injury and there were about 3 days when i couldn't do it every day because my day began at 7.20 and i didn't get home til like 11.30pm! it took me all in all about 36 days to complete (inc. rest days!) I lost 3.5Kg and…

I don't have any pics to upload (don't know how and still don't feel brave enough) but today was the final day of my shred. i didn't quite achieve the results I was hoping for but I got some results I completed the shred in just over 30 days (about 36). I did it alongside strength training and 20 mins on my step machine on…

I'm on daily with an open diary for friends :) Feel free to add. 30lbs to lose...2lbs down...28 more to go seem to be losing a few inches rather than lbs but every little helps! :)

the 30 day shred was never intended to be completed in 30 days straight. ideally it should be done about 3 or 4 times a week alongside some other form of exercise/strength training but it depends on the individual and how they feel about it. Today I'm on day 14 of the shred and it's currently day 4 of level 2 for me. i'm…

I don't think I could cope doing it twice a day! today is day 10 for me. i did level 1 for the last time, will start level 2 day one tomorrow morning! I do the 30 DS every single day, and on most days also do an extra 20/25 mins on my step machine OR extra strength training (60 crunches, 60 push ups - modified [dodgy…
