Hi there, I am on day 18 today, level 2. I take Saturday and Sundays off as much easier to fit in during the week, I just want to say stick with it as I really didn't see a difference until day 13/14 and I swear I looked in the mirror and just like that I noticed a massive difference and since then the weight is coming off easily too. I think people (me) expected to see instant results within day 3 or 4 whilst you feel better and the exersize become much easier I didn't see a difference but when it happens it happens big!

    Enjoy x

    I'm on day 8 (level 1)
My clothes are no longer tight and though I've only lost 4 pounds - it feels like I've lost 10 pounds.
    Give it ALL you've got!!!!!!

I don't have any pics to upload (don't know how and still don't feel brave enough)

but today was the final day of my shred. i didn't quite achieve the results I was hoping for but I got some results
I completed the shred in just over 30 days (about 36). I did it alongside strength training and 20 mins on my step machine on alternate days. I also stuck to 1200 cals a day

    Starting Stats (day 1):
    Waist : 29
    Hips: 40
    Bust 36
    Arms: 12
    Weight: 64KG

    Finishing Stats (day 30):
    Waist: 28.5
    Hips: 37.5
    Bust: 35
    Arms: 11.5
    Weight: 60.5KG

    Total Loss: 4.5 inches and 3.5KG (7.7lbs)

I can't see a massive difference to my body but my mum, my bf and my best friend (who i hadnt seen in nearly 6 months) all have told me I have lost weight so i guess that's also great.

im starting Ripped in 30 tomorrow (1st april) and will do it 6 times a week alongside step machine and strength training on alternate days combined with intaking 1200 cals (increasing as I start losing more weight) in order to complete it in 4 weeks in time for when I fly to NYC (May 4th)

Hopefully I'll see more results.. but the best part...my favourite pair of jeans are no longer tight, and are comfy again! :D
  • I began the 30DS and did the first 10 days without a break. Then life happened. But I was extremely pleased with the first 10 days. I lost a little over 6" in the first 10 days. I was thrilled. I'm planning to get back on it ASAP. I really enjoy it.
