Strange Question

This might sound like a strange question, but has anyone else found that they have an increased sex drive since they've started working out and eating clean?

I think this is common. Yet another reason to lose weight:happy:

Yes, and I'll tell you why. My sex drive is directly proportionate to my feeling of self-worth, confidence, and self-image. The more confident I am in myself, the sexier I feel; the sexier I feel, the happier my boyfriend is, if you take my meaning. I would imagine this is the same all around, it's not just me.

Yes. It isn't just an increase in frequency and overall athleticism. I feel more adventurous and creative about it, too.

Completely. In males at least likely by an increase in Testosterone.

^ This definitely, also age is a factor as well.

Exercising, hitting my macros and getting in shape did it for me, yes. "Clean" eating had nothing to do with it as I certainly don't eat "clean" however you want to define it.

    yep!
I've always had a damn healthy sex drive but knowing that I'm (slowly) losing weight/toning up makes me feel even better about myself and my bf loves it even more too!
not to mention that exercise gives a great energy boost too...!! n hey, it's all part of an extra workout ;)

I have to agree with this overall statement. This is my second time in life lossing weight and I've noticed an increase in sex drive both times. I know that for me personally, the above rounds it out nicely.
