Incidentally, I would advise you to set your goals using the "sedentary option" if you use fitbit. It's giving you credit for all of your daily activity, and the activity level settings in your goals are essentially trying to adjust for that as well.

I've been looking at the fitbit. I'm not actually concerned about my calories burned. I track them with an HRM. I'm more concerned about the calorie goals.

I tend to dig jeffit quite a bit, because you can change the routines easily, and the animated pictures help me understand the form for lifts I've never done before.

Just curious, how much water do you drink? I started drinking roughly 1 gallon by day, and almost immediately slimmed down in my face and mid section. People are usually focused on their stomachs, but I find that it's most immediately noticeable in your face. It might be worth a shot.

I go to one sometimes with a friend. The equipment is okay, but the one where I live has an awful locker / shower room and it's a little dirty.

This is it! I have 3 children. They try everything we eat - it's mandatory. If they don't like something we eat, then we have a few things on standby, but there are always fruits and vegetables represented, and usually in a variety of colors for them.

You know, the same thing has happened to me AND it happened in a week that my calorie goal actually dropped. As everyone else said, patience is good, it could be no problem at all.
