Looking for motivation from people who eat clean and lift moderately

Hi. I'm Derrick, 35 years old, father of 3, formerly of TX, currently of PA. In March 2013, I was pushing nearly 300 lbs, and realized it wasn't normal to breath heavily while tying my shoes. I hit the gym, and by summer time of 2013, I was down to 230 lbs. Looked and felt better than I ever had. A move across country, new job responsibilities, and an adjustment to this thing called winter are what I use as an excuse for becoming very lazy in terms of exercise. For the last year and a half I've been bouncing around between 250 and 270. I'm looking for friends who can offer advice on my diet every now and again as well as advice in the gym. Thanks!

I am by no means perfect at eating clean...I eat canned vegetables and processed deli meats and a host of other things that are not approved by the hard core clean eaters. But...I do my best and try to make good choices. I work out regularly. I try not to judge other peoples food choices. Feel free to add me if you like!0
