it is strange how some people loose boob and some don't. I didn't change at all cup wise but i was busting out of my 36Ds and now they fit great...lost a little around the ribs. At my skinniest I was a 34D.

Try new things! Quinoa is great and it is a great source of protein. I make mine with beans. I try to add new fruits and veggies when I can also. Don't give up! Clean eating is so good for you, just change it up. Allrecipes.com is great to use and you can read reviews for recipes before you try them. Good luck

Every night I have two squares of high-quality dark chocolate with my sleepy time tea. Dark chocolate is lower in sugar than most other options and it is good for you. I look forward to this every night. It is my reward for being good throughout the day. If you don't want to eat any sugar...brushing your teeth may help.

Don't give up! Just keep going. In the beginning it is hard to keep up but after a couple weeks you will notice that you can keep up with Shaun T. I can't wait to post my results when I am done :-D

If you eat 90% of your calories from fruits/veggies/nuts/beans...you know real whole foods than you are getting enough nutrition to stay at 1200. I eat a mostly vegan diet and it is damn near impossible to get more than 1200 calories unless i want to eat bread or processed garbage. I do just fine :-D

That is awesome!! I am on Week 3 day 3...I too noticed that my clothes are actually fitting. I was starting to feel like a stuffed sasauge every time i put on my jeans. Now the muffin top is gone :-D I also noticed that on the first fit test I couldn't to the high jumps, now I can. It is crazy but I think I love it!
