  • Done. This was an easy one for me today. I was writing exams and had no time for tv. When I got home, I did go on my computer for a bit though...

  • A little bit of dark chocolate can go a long way.. I like to incorporate cocoa nibs (plain or covered in dark chocolate) into my diet every now and then. Yum!

  • Its one of the best feelings in the world. :) Good job.
  • I log it all out in the morning (food and exercise), so I can better distribute my calories. Pre-logging also gives me daily goals for exercising. If I put down that I will do 30 minutes of cardio, I have more motivation to do it, then if I were to log in after exercising.
