Could you possibly be on a plateau? This is always a possibility..........maybe the type of grain your eating? White processed ugh that ain't no good? You might need to get to a nutritionist print out your logs.......ask them?

I know they are expensive but well worth it and please have it documented you are in recovery of an eating disorder for further doctors once they look into your medical records. While I agree most of the time, not disagree with you on about 80-85% of the time try telling our bodies this. Our bodies and what that is saying is just not true. Well it could be two things, obviously it's not the exercise. 1. CARBS AND SUGAR! I will admit a lot of it is water yes but if you use cool water/ hot water/ cool water rotate it with each rise..........you see it's not all water actually most of it is fat!

It does get boring but with being anemic I can't go outside right now it's too cold, even with a heavy winter coat and jeans I'm still extremely sensitive to the cold so I stay inside. It's called ABUSE! Or can't you tell? It's emotional abuse and there are shelters that you can just pack up your **** and move to. Look them up in your area and yes they can come and pick you up!

It depends upon the person, when I was 900 calories a day I lost A LOT of weight but I wasn't very healthy. I was dizzy all the time, tired, and not toning up very well. Now when I was 1200 I'm fine! If your going on a very low calorie diet, I would talk to your doc!

I lead a very seditary lifestyle believe it or not and I'm only 5 ft 3, even my doc agreed as close to 1,200 calories as I can without getting stuffed. Being a housewife it happens!

If it really REALLY was 2 bites of roast beef, I wouldn't worry maybe count that as 1/8th or 1/16th of a serving unless you know FOR SURE it equaled to half a serving or a full serving.

Due to PCOS and hormonal inbalance I work out 7 days a week but right now I'm using walk away the pounds so it's a challenging yet low impact all body workout. It's easy to do everyday and I don't get bored. 30-45 mins everyday.
