I love rowing! Thankfully that is, because I hate running and am terrible at it. Rowing can leave me winded and on some intervals, with the "fran cough" for the day. I hate most things overhead. OHS, full snatches, and HSPU. Goals of mine for 2015 are to perfect form in all 3 and not worry so much about weight.

Karen is my nightmare WOD! I used to really like doing WB's and now I get anxious when I see them in a WOD. I liked it when I did it early on with a 10# ball and now doing it RX, I hate it. If your technique was good, thats a HUGE accomplishment.

Im registered too! I began CF last year around the time by box was doing the Open. I was super intimidated but am really excited now! I'll probably time out on anything with T2B or C2B pull-ups, but oh well.

Thanks for your help, heybales. So on days where Im active I should eat my TDEE + what MFP adds back as calories? For instance, today my workout burned 454 calories; I should be eating that in addition to my 1,800, correct?
