I figured there wasn't any huge side-effects as long as I follow the directions and stop usage if something goes wrong. Thanks for your kind words!

Namely what? I'd love suggestions! Once I find something that works, I tend to overeat it until I'm sick of it.

Thanks for the input everyone! Since I already bought the pre-natals, should I try those first or specifically go back to trying other vitamins? I took vitamin E and B12 for a while (a couple of months) and never felt much of a difference. I felt very fatigued and weak even when I was checking my levels.

Yum! Can't wait to try these!

Bump for later use :drinker: Thanks for sharing!

I rarely ate fast food even before I got into my "health kick." The rumors and horror stories (most of which I've deemed true now) I heard sickened me to the point where I ate fast food maybe four times a year -- and that's usually only because we're catching a bite to eat before a trip, hungry on the road, or out of food…

I run (almost) daily! I need to start taking rest days but I feel so odd when I don't run. Friend request coming your way! :-)

Goodness, this just made my day! Good for Nacho!!

Go for it! There's a few Zumba instructors whom I adore (jill mcclure, LarissaZumbaCO, Amber Blanch, ZumbawithEvangeline are just a few!), I'm in love with Melissa West's yoga series, and blogilates and genghisgirl both have phenomenal workout routines posted. Browse around -- it can't hurt to try it! I stick with YouTube…

If I had a dollar for every time I was inquired about having an eating disorder/body image problems, I'd be rich!

Day 1 (Thursday) : 224 calories burned (running 7.5 min. mile for 16 mins. + 5 mins. calisthenics) Total: 189 Left to go: 3311 Sadly, I began this challenge with a lovely little injury during today's run. Along with my still-broken toe, I'm now nursing two runner's knees and a sore left hip. I'm going to attempt…

Oh my! What an adorable pup!!

Guilty as charged. I can't even get up from my hammock without my cat taking over -- good thing she's cute! ETA: The dog can't get in the hammock, but he sure sprawls all over the bed. He's awfully old (pushing 15 years now) so I just let him have it

Wow, you look so much more comfortable and happy now! You've come such a long way.
-
I don't know if anyone can relate, but I never thought after losing weight that I'd be so cold all the time!
-
Wow, those ARMS! You've come so far -- I'm incredibly proud of you!
-
Fabulous! You're a natural beauty but you shine now! Way to go!

Hi everyone, I'm Kyla! I'm about 120 lbs (my very infrequent weigh-in is tomorrow so I'll update this if I remember) and I'm aiming for a toned body. I mostly run at the moment, but I hope to incorporate Zumba and yoga back into my daily workout. I started running in place while watching my favorite television shows on…

Sounds tricky but I'll try it! It'll definitely encourage me to get up off my butt more often

There's a few people saying to just eat it until you get used to it but I genuinely think you either love it or hate it. I tried it once when I was spending a weekend with a friend and didn't want the toasted wheat waffles she was serving to her children for breakfast. She offered me a cup of Dannon's Oikos greek yogurt…

You are just beautiful! Your body reflects all that hard work for sure. Way to go!

That's fantastic! It's such a great feeling!! Good for you for participating in park runs too; I wish I had the courage to do that, but my anxiety holds me back.

Spider crabs, the sound of fingernails scratching skin, other people's bathrooms, potlucks, the sound of an alarm clock, and scutigera coleoptrata (or house centipedes; I literally just google imaged it and screamed); those are just the first few that come to mind! ETA: I'm about to finish watching Lost for the first time…

If it hasn't already been mentioned, Safety Not Guarenteed, The Giant Mechanical Man (absolutely beautiful movie), and A Little Help -- all fabulous movies.

I agree with the majority here; if it works for them and isn't disrespectful for others in the gym, why should it matter? I don't attend a gym so this doesn't 100% apply to me but I'm an outdoor runner so when it's rainy or cold or I just don't have it in me, I run indoors. It's very, very hard for me to complete my…

What a transformation -- you look like a completely different person! Fantastic work!!

Personally, I would buy tank tops and wear a mesh jacket over it (so you don't overheat in this warm weather but you're still covered) and running shorts with the tights underneath or just lose workout pants. Forever 21 is very inexpensive, so maybe you'd be interesting in items like these:…

I bought a lot of wicking shirts, capris, and sports bras at Kohl's (Fila Sports brand -- very good quality, a little pricey but I've definitely gotten a lot of bang for my buck), but I've found that Target has a good selection, and -- while I've never bought any -- I know Forever 21 is fairly inexpensive and has a variety…
