Before and after
Meet Nacho, he's 13 years old and had been overweight most of his adult life.
As a kitten, Nacho was a scrawny fella.
Through laziness and overeating, Nacho grew to an obese 18 pound adult cat
He was sooo uncomfortable
Ready for a change, he started restricting his calories, he did not like this
he also got plenty of water and rest
After countless weight-ins
Nacho, is now a svelte 15.5 pounds.
If he can do it, anyone can. I hope his story can motivate at least one person to improve their health.

Haha, my cat just lost weight too!
Fuzzy was the runt of the liter, and grew to a HUGE 23 pounds. He was in the beginning of kidney failure.
Now, with diet and exercise, he weighs a wonderful 15.5 pounds. The vets are happy, and he can move around more and chase the dog around even!0 -
