High intensity interval training. If you don't know what it is, you're probably not doing it.

Depends on your fitness levels and what kind of workouts you are doing. I do cardio in the morning, lift weights twice/wk after work, run 1 day, yoga at night. If you're trying to do HIIT daily, lift daily, not enough recovery built in.

Either or both? Whatever you like! It may depend on the weather😉

How much are you losing per week at 1950avg calories? If you want to lose faster, lower your calories. If losing more than 1.5- 2lbs per week, add calories.
-
You should probably add about 500 calories to that #. Here's a link that explains more... https://www.nichd.nih.gov/health/topics/breastfeeding/conditioninfo/calories

Welcome to MFP! Good luck on your journey.

Find what foods do not upset you and just try to eat more of those. I had horrible tongue ulcers and had to cook things like zucchini, onion, celery till soft and then blend with chickpeas. Basically like baby food. I also ate ice cream, but the sugar was not good for the sores. Good luck.

Follow a good lifting program. Have you picked one yet?
-
In your diary? I'm not sure how else to answer...are you having trouble finding foods in the database or something else?
-
Welcome to MFP! Can you do moderate exercise at home? Walking in place or low impact aerobics? The best thing for weight loss is just creating a calorie deficit, which does not require exercise.
-
In what ways are you adjusting your diet? How much are you eating? What are your workouts? And yes, stress and lack of sleep can raise cortisol which affects your weight.

I do this as well. I think pre-logging, planning ahead helps a lot. And when you come to the point of not wanting to log, hopefully you have learned from what you have logged and use that as a reference. I think it helps you learn to make better choices. I also weigh daily and use a tracking app. When my weight goes out of…

I'm glad I'm not the only one, lol.

Because of the high fat content and low sugar content, there is very little lactose in heavy cream.

*She did mention keto. OP: Did you custom set your percentages to match keto targets? Fat should be the highest, then protein, carbs lowest. If you open your diary we might have a better understanding of what is going on.

Welcome back! What are your goals?

Hi!🙋🏼♀️I like to run, love being outside in the sunshine. I would like to clean up my diet a little, so I get you on the chips. Could you maybe replace then with a few roasted pumpkin seeds or raw almonds? For strength, look at Sydney Cummings, Cdornerfitness, or Caroline Girvan on YouTube for some great workouts!

I get shaky and dizzy when under fueled and heat just makes everything worse. Make sure you are hydrated(possibly with electrolytes if you sweat a lot) and have eaten something within 2hrs of working out.

Open your diary so we can give more specific advice. What category are you over? Protein or carbs?

No concussion here, but I do try to get in about an hour(or more) exercise daily. I don't get to run as much as I would like...I go to the gym to lift 2x/week when available. If not, then I do dumbbells at home. Cardio daily includes anything from step, kickboxing, walking workouts and more on YouTube and then I try to run…

I mean how did you set up your goals on MFP? It asks you what you want your rate of loss to be and then gives you a calorie goal based on that. I'm not great at kgs, I use lbs, and 1lb per week is a deficit of 3500cal...or 500 per day. So, if your calories to maintain your weight were 2000, then to lose 1lb per week your…

It all comes down to calories in the end. What weight loss goal did you pick? 1600 calories sounds a bit low unless you add exercise to it.

My favorite is 1/4 cup unsweetened soymilk blended with 1 tbs protein powder, stirred in to coffee. My coffee is either maxwell house (ok) or cafe ole (better). Protein powder varies in flavors and brands. For some reason, I'm ok with a flavored coffee pod brewed 2x to make 16oz with 1/2 sweet n low black in the afternoon.…

Translated to English: Hello. 43 years, 211 lbs, 5.5 feet, 3 sessions of elliptical about 35 minutes per week. I would like to lose 1 pound a week. How many of calories per day do you recommend me? Thank you! I hope I understood correctly. Have you used the guided setup? I would generally recommend trying a 500 cal deficit…
