  • I find Muse is great warm up music because of the intensity, it really helps me focus and get my head in the right place! then during cardio it depends how I feel at the time, will either be breakbeat, old skool, hard house, electro, drum n bass or some upbeat indie like Arctic Monkeys etc strength training usually Nirvana…
