Currently I am on 6 days of heavy lifting with 30 mins of HIIT cardio before/after. My workout sessions are typically 1.5-2 hours in length. I take Sundays completely off :)

My workouts start at 6AM and I typically do a 30 minute cardio/HIIT workout and then I lift weights varying the day of the week with a different body part ie. Mon & Fri are legs and Abs, Tues are Back and Bi's, etc. for an hour or so. I take Sunday's off every week.

21DF doesn't have bad workouts, I personally like a more intense workout like T25 or Max 30 if I am talking BB programs, but the 21DF workouts will leave you sore.
