Eat more protein and eat foods that are harder to digest, like canalop etc. you will not be hungry. If you haven't yet, try QUEST bars and chips. 20 G protein. You can buy them at GNC.

I am also on 1200 calories. I never eat any more due to exercise. That is not saying there are not days that I do eat more. Everyone has those days. I just try not to eat anymore than 1200 calories regardless of exercise. It is too easy to misjudge the amount of calories burned. By doing this, I have lost 101.4 pounds in…

Hi! Add me! I have lost 95 pounds in the past . . . Gained it back, plus more. Now I am on a journey to loose it again and for the last time! I log in several times a day. So far, I have lost 60 some pounds. I have about another 50 to go. Then the hard part starts . . . Keeping it off!
