Thanks for all of the responses! I took a look at the Stronglifts 5x5 program and think that I'm going to give that a shot for the intro period - 12 weeks. What do I have to lose, right? Except for weight, obviously. Due to the holidays and traveling (lack of access to a gym), I'm going to start the program when I get back…
