ty so much that really helps! ill just put down wha t they have for the homade cookies and leave it as that because my hubby added extra margarine and well that makes a difference!! :) so i hae it as 132 cals for 2 cookies

well my husband is diabetic and he makes himself sugar cookies with splenda. I was wondering if they would have the same calories and the homade sugar cookies in the food section. I ate two and i am not sure what to put down. ANY one know??

my shedual is the same evrey month Mondays i work 7am till 3 pm tuesdays i rotate 7 am till 3 pm then 3 pm till 930 pm wednesdays 3 till 930 pm thursdays 3 till 930 pm fridays OFF saturdays is 7am till 3 pm then rotated off Sundays is 7 am till 3pm then rotated off at least every second week i get the weekend off

personally id bring my own food. I feel that my diet goals may not be the same as others diet goals. If she feels offended tell her that your diet is very strict right now because you are meeting a personal challenge!

ive noticed that your yogurt is high in carbs too i eat finesse yogurt found in extra foods stores or westfair foods. IT oly has 8 carbs for 100 g and 45 clories!

well i actually did the inches thing this month and i couldnt believe it in one month i lost 6 lbs and 7.25 inches with a remarkable 3.5 inches from my gut. Sry no inches lost around my true waist but a lot from my gut area!!!

well iam over on carbs by 11 today and i have to eat still 269 cals for the end of the day does anyone have any no carb suggestions for me? And does anyone know how much too many carbs will affect me?

lol np and its way better then using grease like oils butter or margarine. why add fat when you dont get anything filling out of it, and for only a few dollars you have enough for two meals!

ok everyone i have been having a hard time determining how many calories are in a regular minute steak fried in water no butter or oil with nothing added to it. I eat about a serving size once a week and without food guidlines onthe package i am forced to use the guide lines on here but there is too many options on them…

i went over my fat intake yesterday by 35 OMG. Buti had two peanut butter sandwiches throughout the day one a breakfast and one at supper. Meaning that was my supper along with a fruit cup. I was wondering since i was 200 cals under my tagret cals for the day is that fat going to hurt me? I will be keeping a closer eye…

when its late at night and its time to watch a movie after the kids have gone to bed I really enjoy cutting up slices of cucumber and bits and pieces of broccoli its something that i can much on for a longer duration of the show so that i am not sitting there beside my hubby and asking him to pass the chips!

i hit a plateau every 1.5 lbs iloose ill loose steadily for three days .5 lb and then ill stay there for up to 10 days then loose again its a pain in the @$$!

well the other day i had pasta and sauce for dinner it was whole wheat pasta a cup being 320 cals then i had a whoole cup of sauce that was 120 cals you know healthy choice begetable sauce and ot make it very fulling i added 2 cups of chopped celery slightly cooked mY god i was full!
