the turkey and ham cant be just 80 cals can it? I mean its three slices of turkey and 2 slicses of ham granted you can almost see through the ham. Maybe its fat free turket too?

I haven't weighed in yet and my clothes fit better, but I want to see numbers move!!! well 5 lbs is a lot in one month congrats

sheesh all this time i have been thinking that i was five foot two. Today i actually measured myself i am just over five foot three. So when i recalculated my BMI i am no longer obese!! YAY me i feel much better now!

so i logged in all the food i have been eating and its 996 cals a day they tell me to eat 1200 to loose 2 lbs a week. this is without exercize am i eating too little?

well i live up north in canada in a small town in manitoba and here the groceries is incredibly expensive. Our milk here is sometimes more then 5 dollars for 4 liters. And a loaf of bread is 2.99 and if you want whole wheat your looking at more. I spend around 200 a week on groceries. I wish it could be less but its not!

ok now i have a silly pattern to my weight loss and i have been doing it for 10 weeks now and i find it really really frustrating say i am 175 lbs then 174.5 then 174 then latter still 174 then the next day 175 than 2 days later still 175 then ill go 174.5 than 174 then 173 then ill stay for like 3 days then ill go back up…
