my fitness pal already sets your calories to a standard as if you were to loose that one pound or two depending on your goals for the week. SO on days you dont evecise you only eat the reccomended calories. On days you do exercise you eat your exercise calories too. The exercise keeps you from having a flabby body. NO one…

i live in a small town and the closest place to shop for sporting goods is 8 hours away. I was looking to buy a pedometer and step counter i was going to set up a program for myself to walk at least 5 miles a day. Does anyone know of an online place where i may order one of these?? HELP PLEASE!

well all i have been doing is counting calories and i have lost 40 lbs without exercize. I have 15 more to go but i will probbaly have to work out ot get it off. Plus i findmyself more flabby now then i did when iwas bigger. Maybe its because my skin is looser? Who knows but all i can tell youis that ill need to exercize…

well for my week two weight loss i still have 17.5 lbs to loss with only a 0.5 lbs loss i have 77 days to loose so i am hopeing my loss will pick up start weight 183.5 current weight is 146.5 weight loss total 37 lbs goal weight is 129 best of luck to everyone :)

well i guessmy post never made it in last time. I am aiming to be at 129 lbs in the next 13 weeks. fst week i weighed 149lbs this week i weigh 147.5 lbs weekly loss 1.5 lbs till my goal = 18.5 more lbs and 12 weeks to go

Wellits been almost a whole month now and not a pound lost. Do others have this same kinda plateau? Ive even tried exercizing more and yes i do eat my exercize calories. I hear you i am in the same boat havent lost any weight in 3 weeks and i have been yo yoing up approx 2 lbs then i loose it to get back to were i was then i gain it all back again. I havent been eating over my cals as well. If you figure it out please let me know

sounds like a migraine i have that happen to me all the time then the little dot consumes my whole vision. I usually have to lay down and nap for an hour. Not all migraines give pain!

this is crazy i went to the doctor in febuary and my doctor told me to get on that diet. He actually recommended it but i never got a change to try it because ihave to pay for it. I dont know why hed sugggest something like that to me because i dont have the means to get on that particular diet. LAters
