Im a little worried because today I have been extreamly light headed and I have been getting pins and needles in my hands and feet... Anyone know what it is? Should I be worried? Nothing has changed today as for my diet, except I didn't exercise too much.

The pins and needles thing is kind of odd. If it continues, I'd call the doctor. Especially if it is bothersome.0

I went to the doctor and waited for 5 hours!! She thinks I may be low in B12 because I don't eat much red meat at all, so I go in for blood work and go from there.0

I had those same feelings when I had my anxiety problem last year. I almost felt like I was going to pass out and the tingling in my feet drove me nuts!

When I have the time to go in and get it done. Im not light headed today but the tingles are still there. I know I am not stressed out at all. I really dont think its my B12 levels either because you get your B12 from cheese and milk as well, and I eat cheese and drink milk almost every day. We will see what happens. I have to fast for 12 hours before so I am probably going to try to get in first thing in the morning. I may go in Friday morning, or Saturday depending on if I work or not Saturday!0
