Also...swim. :) It's easy on the joints and a great cardio workout. :)

Bike! It's so much easier on the joints. You'll build awesome leg muscles. Also, (at least to me) biking feels like playing. I feel like a kid...free as can be flying down hills and such. :)

I love etsy! And artfire is similar to etsy and sometimes has lower prices! ;) I have an artfire shop. It's Biddy's Beads. But I'm pretty sure this thread will get deleted because we tried to form a group of handmade artists on here and they deleted the thread for advertising.

Love my ft4! And as far as I can tell, I could easily change the batteries (one in watch and one in transmitter) myself...it even has the little slot where you twist the back so it comes off.

I have the Polar FT4 and love it. I got it on amazon...wasn't too expensive and is simple.

Same here. It fits perfectly right where my sports bra sits anyways and I just forget it's there.

Maybe they used to eat even more "junk food". Give 'em kudos for cutting back. Sure it might not be the healthiest choices but you can't change food habits and preferences overnight.

I use it in my protein shakes. it's way more gentle on my stomach!

stand up and do squats, calf raises, etc... take a resistance band and do some arm toning. I set a timer every hour to remind myself to stand up and do something...anything rather than sitting. ;)

Don't wear a shirt everyone can see through when it gets wet! LOL On a more serious note, I ran one in the rain once before and it actually wasn't too bad...was kinda soothing.
