This is what helped me. Just keep at it... even if it's not heavy enough to truly work your hamstrings, it'll strength your forearms. I really don't think I lifted heavy enough to work hamstrings well for the first month I lifted! But I kept doing it and slowly increased the weight. I can hold on now. Whoa sore hamstrings!…

Personally, I can run or bike a ridiculous amount of miles and not lose weight… but when I cut my carbs down to 100-125 or so a day (which isn't restrictive at all!) and keep up my exercise, I stop dropping weight. You could try a spin class at your local gym. Our gym turns the lights off and there's only black lights. We just listen to the instructor and do what he/she says...no need to see them really. :)

try out your local library! ours has lots of exercise dvds! also if you have netflix, there's some on there for instant delivery too. :) With those two options you can try before you buy. :)

Centrum and One A Day did that to me. Puked in the hubby's car on the way to work one day. ugh. I now take Women's Active Mega from GNC and haven't had trouble with them.

I mute her too! I have several of her dvds and they're great workouts. She annoys me though and if I don't mute her I end up telling her to shut up and quit growling (or whatever the heck she does) at the girls working out with her.

www.perrysplate.com has some nice recipes. Not all are "clean" but many are and so far everything I've made from that site has been delicious!

I grew up in VA and call them "buggies". I'm in Lexington KY right now and no one here calls them buggies and they look at me really funny when I do. lol They call them "carts".
