If you are getting bored, try mixing it up a bit. You can do cardio or great calorie burning exercises that is not just running, biking, elipical, or stairs. Trying doing some areobics, or circuit. I try to, It can has turned out to be harder then I thought to eat them back. My morning workout I burn 800-1200 calories. WIthout eating a bunch of bad calories it can be hard to hit my 1600 goal MFP has set.
