I'm interested in what people have to say as well. I know for myself, sometimes I look in the mirror and and think I look great, feel great and am proud of what I have acomplished (down 55 lbs) sometimes all I can see/feel is how far I still have to go...

Thank you for posting the question and for all the answers. I've been trying to talk myself out of a treadmill run all day becasue I'm tired and a miriad of other bullcrap excuses. Wehn I get off work, I'm going for a run. Thank you all for the motivation! :happy:

Thanks everyone! I can't wait to do this! I know I should get outside and run more but being a single mom and working full time the treadmill in my living room has been a life saver! Gonna do my best to get out before the race but either way it's gonna be quite the accomplishment for me!

My favorite breakfast lately is 2 scoops of vi-shape protein powder, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1t cocoa powder and a bananna. Blend it all up with a couple ice cubes - Yummy!!!

My office is the same way except they set up the weekly potlucks right outside my cubicle. No one asks mt permission. they just let all the yummy food camp out there all day long so i have to walk past it every time I go to the printer, or the restroom (drinking lots o water - being good too, ya know). Buncha jackarses.
