Ooops...I started a graveyard shift for some temporary work that came available. Alone that messed up my schedule and body. BUT, unbenounced to me, the midnight shift gets catered food: Chicken wings, prime rib, BBQ, mac & cheese, cobbler, bread pudding, fried shimp, you name it. Hard to resist. AHHHHHHHH.

My sodium intake levels have not been below 2,500mg for any day this month. If you do it consistantly for at least 20 min (no breaks, or long pauses), it counts. If you really need somewhere to start, you could start here: I dare you to speed walk for 25 minutes tomorrow. Then increase that time by two minutes evey day for the next 15 days. On day 16 try jogging. Good luck
