I believe organic and whole foods are def the way to go. Things that are very healthy for us, such as nuts, are high in fat and calories. I am a mom of a 3yr old and 1 1/2 year old so I like to sneak in 30 min shred by Jillian Michaels. Dance workout dvd's are super fun but I am terrible at learning the steps so it's not a good choice for me. You may like it though!! The Biggest Loser workout DVD's are great.

Chocolate! No longer having it in the house because it is my biggest weakness. Especially chocolate chip cookies, it's crazy. Soda as well but I wasn't huge into soda before, just would have it when other people were so I am done with it now! I opt for water only now. :)
