ever since i started my diet, i cant eat ANYTHING with grease, or i get really, really sick. Even if its like a little bit of fat or anything. And since i went to mcdonalds yesterday and got a mcchicken ive been sick :( i will never eat anything off this diet again i swear lol

Whoever thinks its a way out is WAY wrong. It is a tool, you can use it or you can ruin your surgery. If you over eat after surgery it CAN have lethal results. I'm having this surgery done in about 8 to 9 months from now if not sooner, and its not the lazy way out either. Do you know all the ins and outs of this surgery???…
