These sound like some good options but I was secretly hoping this was going to be the top secret PF Chang Chicken Lettuce Wraps. I too am type two but I have yet to get my diabetic education because I screwed up my appointments but I am going to say that so far as I have figured out it is a good thing to cut as many of the bad carbs as you can.…

I will say that I am a little surprised by this one. I have made it twice now and both times it went over pretty well in my house. I really liked it but I am a guy that really likes just about any sort of burger so for me it was no surprise that I liked it.

I can only say that I have not been to Six Flags since I was about 275lbs. I am 6'3" so 275 on that frame is not super huge. I would say I was about a 40 or 42 waist size and wore a 2xt shirt. I did not encounter a single ride that I did not fit in then.
