Its a great workout! I love going to the gym and interacting with other people so i just do P90X a few times a week and I still feel like I am getting something out of it!

yes we do! for now i just added that i did step since it seemed to be similar to the step class i take once in a while! I need to get you a copy of these vids! You will love them!

i live by the master cleanse! I will do it 3 times a year for the rest of my life. Its intense though but lemon really works!

Do you like fruit? They have natural sugar but still better than regular sugar. Also I like the smart one’s desserts! They are so great and the portions are small but satisfying. I love sweets too. Also Peanut butter is high in protein and can satisfy your sweet tooth.

I like that phase! One of my co-workers was giving me a hard time last week because I passed on a donut. She said “you only live once.” The only return I could come back with was “This is true and so I’d rather be thin.”

I agree, pull ups are difficult… :o) I would do what I can without the help, and then complete the set with the help. This way you are still putting in a decent effort but also completing your work out. I would also bet that in time you will be able to do more without the help.
