How often do you take progress pictures?

I just took my first pic about halfway into P90X program. I wish I took week one picture. Anyways since I am thinking about taking one every Wed to chart my progress. I am down 90 pound but I think after the last 10 pounds of fat are burned off my abs may come out of hiding. I am also a runner so this spring will bring about some major calorie burn and I will keep strength training w/ P90X dvds after the 90 days is over. Just hope I don't have a bunch of before pics lined up week after week...lol!

I post once a month and call it my 4-week check-in. Although, when I first started the weight loss journey 3 years ago, I did it when I reached milestones... 10 lbs lost, etc, no matter how long it took. You're doing P90X, so maybe you will see changes weekly, but I think it would be better to show monthly progress.0

i have my fat photos and this is my only progress picture, i would do it each dress size so you can compare if i had to do it all again which thank goodness i dont, but if i go down a size i will0

Monthly is all you need.0

I need to start doing this. I realized just the other day that not a single picture has been taken of me since last summer. I am always behind the camera, seldom in front.0

Can't really say I ever see myself taking progress pictures. I've never in my life (regardless of weight) cared to have my picture taken.0

I am thinking every 30 days.0

I am doing one every month (on the 19th) and plan on using all of the pics in making a flash avi after one year so I can see the fat just melt off in about 8 seconds.0

I haven’t even taken any at all! I guess I should. I’m kind of self conscious still, but it would be nice to look back and see the difference and realize how far I have come.0

I took a "before" picture in January and was planning on doing another once I get to the 10 pounds down mark. I wish I would have taken one last fall though, before I started strength training.0

I took ONE before photo on my own. My boyfriends mom takes so many pictures, and most of them are when you are caught off guard and unflattering, and then there are some of just me standing there. I have PLENTY of before. I'm planning on doing then for every 10lbs lost. I only want to lose about 50lbs, so I think it will show me what I've done pretty well.0
