That's awesome! Congrats and keep it up! Sometimes it's easier for others to see the progress we have made (than us looking in the mirror) and it's such an encouragement (and motivator) when they share their observations!

I usually go for once a week, same day, same time. But, as already mentioned, it's not just the number on the scale that's important. You can use other measurements (arms, thighs, hips, etc) or use pictures to help establish your journey. Those can be a great encouragement and motivation when the scale doesn't want to…
