  • I guess it's safe and easy, so I'd do the same thing. Monitor your sugar intake as well... it's probably the worst thing you can add to get your calories ;-)
  • I wonder how many studies we need before people understand that this whole lowered metabolism thing is a myth :-) Those myths stay alive no matter what... and that's because people keep repeating them... over and over and over and over again...
  • Kids have more bitterness receptors, it's an evolutionary way for them to detect toxins when they're most fragile to them. When they grow up, those receptors fade out and they start enjoying brussels sprouts. That's not to say that every adult likes them though. Liking brussels sprouts as a kid is an abnormality.
